When is the most recent I can cancel/change a booking?

A booking can be made as a minimum 1 hour from when client confirm it on our website, up to 1 year from today. You cannot cancel your booking directly with the driver when he is coming – but you have to write us on (booking@jetairportcars.com), 24 hours prior to booking time. Secondly, you can call us on +44.208.877.3000 (2 hours prior to booking time). Otherwise, neither the cancellation nor any claim to reimbursements will be processed on our company system.

What can I do if the driver is late or does not show?
